| One Left Standing |  | | | AppNet Solutions defeated the defending champion Fairways team 11-9 in the "if necessary" game to capture the 2010 Fall Coed Championship. Fairways forced the "if necessary" game with a 11-6 win in the opening game. For AppNet it was their third Fall league championship in the past five years.

Belfor Property Restoration captured 3rd place in the tournament, US Liability finished 4th (their second straight top 4 finish) and Christopher’s Cure and Carman Auto Group tied for 5th place.
